GM Corporate Website

I served as the interim UX Director from 2020-2022  for GM.com at McCann Worldgroup while it was General Motor's Agency of Record. I worked with cross-functional teams at McCann and GM to improve navigation, the Home page layout, and helped to increase content consumption on GM.com, GMFleet.com, and other GM websites. I also helped research teams create detailed customer journey maps for shoppers, OnStar users, and other GM initiatives.

GM Financial Call Center Automation (Call-in and Chat Bot)

The call-in experience for borrowers to obtain information and make routine inquiries needed to be modernized and improved. I led working sessions with customer service and tech teams, interviewed call center agents, and developed a series of caller workflows for Amazon's interactive voice response (IVR) and chatbot.

Jackson Financial Prototype

This navigation and homepage redesign, optimized for the end-user experience was proposed after a series of design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user testing. I was able to leverage key insights from my years of experience designing lead-generation websites for Del Webb 55+ Communities to this project. This redesign is still pending.

OneMain Financial Branch Search

A powerful branch search goes beyond finding an address. Search results for OneMain needed to highlight branch hours including open next days and hours, key services, 3D tours, COVID-19 masking policies, special offers, FAQs, and provide a way to contact individual branches via email.

Moore Financial Strategies Logo/Brand and Website Redesign

I was able to help Moore Financial Strategies refresh their logo and website just before a complete office move. The website's primary focus is to provide an overview of their unique commission-free financial planning services and industry insights, and connect leads from prospective clients and newsletter subscribers.

Mutual Adoration Mega Navigation

When Mutual Adoration originally began, the bulk of their product offerings were custom furniture, picture frames and wooden trays. They have since blossomed to offer hundreds of products by Michigan artists spanning dozens of shopping categories, as well as workshops and events. We worked together to research customer needs with analytics and heatmaps to inform, organize and improve their navigation (information architecture and taxonomy).
